With this email I would like to take the time to thank you for your good service. Today you repaired a leak at my home address at 14 Gerda Place Swanson. I was impressed by the professionalism demonstrated and wanted to inform you of our satisfaction. First your operator Robyn was pleasant and welcoming and set up an appointment which is often hard to do with Trades people. We then got a call in the morning to confirm which was appreciated as we needed to do some things in the morning before the Plumber arrived. Then the Plumber called to say they were 15 minutes away. This is excellent service and much like the service we in our organization strive for. The job was attended to quickly and professionally and we were free to get on with our day. We have other odd jobs that will require a plumber and we will ensure that we choose Heron as our preferred supplier. Thank you for the excellent service Best regards |
