Thursday, 8 2008 The Big Boss Replacement of Hot Water Cylinder 30/04/08 Dear Big Boss As I am paying this invoice I wanted to take a few minutes to write and tell you what a great job your team did for me at a time I really needed help with a leaking water cylinder. The phone was politely answered and the service was friendly and helpful. I couldn’t provide all relevant information, and Robyn called me back and was just great. As arranged the plumber Loren gave me a call and we arranged a suitable time for the work. He was on time, and he did a great job. Not only that, he also let me know by phone and text about everything. I was also impressed with the clean up which was perfect. I have no idea whether the cost is good or bad, but I suspect it is fair judging by the professional way I have been dealt with to date. I chose your company as where I work we use you for all our plumbing needs. Now with first hand experience I am happy to recommend you to anyone. Kind regards |
